Golf at Gleneagles的点评
点评：Cant fault the course, amazing condition and excellent scenery and views. Was playing the queens course and i was a beginner but had hit a few rounds elsewhere in the past so not a complete novice. Atmosphere in club house is excellent, on the course we got started and after about 6 or 7 holes were asked to keep the speed up as we apparently werent playing fast enough, so we were surprised to find out we got to the halfway house early, we finished there early and then we started again on the 10th, by the time we got to our 2nd balls the group behind were already given teeing up and waiting to tee off before we had walked to our first ball, so again we felt a bit rushed all of the back 9 and probably were hitting shots a bit too quickly as a group of 3. Not sure if it was just a busy day or this is normal, as i say im inexperienced but at no point did we hit too many balls in the rough, i only lost 1 ball all day, and at times i was even running down the fairway to speed up. Even more surprising was when we arrived back the staff asked if we gave up on the course as we were back early, but no we completed on time. Maybe this is normal for golf as im inexperienced but ill try a quieter course next time. To be clear at no point were the staff rude nor did they push us too fast after the initial chat. Facilities are excellent and food/drinks were great too.
