Nice market, but be very careful in Kaş
Kas Pazar Market的点评
点评：Kaş market takes place every Friday throughout the day. It is mainly a fruit and vegetable market and, hygiene aside, the produce generally looks fresh.
The real highlight is the spice seller: excellent variety, quality and service, exactly what you would expect from a Turkish market. This is a 5 stars experience that definitely worth a visit!
Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. Some sellers offer ordinary supermarket products at hugely inflated prices, displaying them in a way that makes them look local and artisanal. For example, we found packaged olive oil soaps being sold by an old man for around five times their normal supermarket price. A real tourist trap.
Even more concerning, after using our credit card in Kaş our card details were compromised and unauthorised transactions appeared. I would strongly recommend paying cash only! We’ll not be back to Kaş anymore!
