点评：The tickets must be printed because they do not have any cell phone service at thr castle. Immediately as you drive into the castle driveway, they ask for your tickets. We had no service and the staff do not have a printout of who booked and paid for tickets for that time and day. We were forced to turn around and drive down the road to the next village to get service to take a screenshot to go back in line to drive in and park. Confusion to get into castle once parked. Went inside to a large gift shop completely packed with people. No room to move. It was overwhelming and unpleasant. Why book tickets (which were not cheap) for a specific time and have to contend with so many other people? They should limit the number of visitors at one time. The Castle itself is timeless, as well as the view of Loch Ness but the overcrowding and duty free style gift shop was unpleasant. If you can go on a quiet day with your printed out tickets it would be worth it.
