Amazing! Do plan ahead for extra time!

点评：What a spectacular place!!! We did not expect this being so amazing, and had we known this + how much it actually takes from the car parking lot to get to the castle we would have left our hotel earlier, but instead we had to cut the visit short to catch our evening departure from Aberdeen.
Parking is fairly small, so I can also see this place getting ultra busy during peak summer times. There is a small food truck here too.
The walk is flat at first but then you need to descend/ascend - we just admired the castle from the distance and I can tell you it's an absolute must - LOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED IT!!!
TIP: It's a very easy drive from Aberdeen, if you are visiting the area or passing through - 90% of it is on a highway and then you get off the main road for a few miles - a low hanging fruit for sure :)
