Osborne House的点评
点评：Been wanting to visit this for a number of years but not been to the island for many....so now was the time.
My husband & I are not English Heritage members so paid to go in. Pre booking as seniors was a bit cheaper. If we go to IoW again I will probably look at a membership as many of the attractions there are English Heritage so worth considering.
Such a stunning house and beautiful gardens. Quite a hike down to beach but worth it. Didn't walk the next hike to Swiss cottage as boiling hot day & we had heard it was a little disappointing on the whole.
Cafe was a bit tricky to locate and it was very busy...but the food offered was of very good quality & prices fair for the quality...compared to National Trust in our home area of Sussex where it now seems to have dropped locally sourced fresh food at rip off prices & poor quality.
If I lived on IoW I would be buying a EH membership just to regularly visit Osbourne.
Lovely gardener, in the walled garden,vwho took time & enthusiastic interest in a few questions I asked.
This place will stay in my memory as a very happy day out.
If there is one suggestion I could make...needs more seating/benches especially around cafe courtyard area.

找到那家咖啡馆有些费劲，而且店里人头攒动……不过提供的食物品质相当不错，价格也与其品质相符。相比之下，在我们家乡苏塞克斯地区的国家信托机构经营的咖啡馆，现在似乎不再提供本地新鲜食材，价格却高得离谱，品质也差强人意。
如果我住在怀特岛上，一定会购买EH会员卡，以便经常去奥斯本庄园游览。那位可爱的园丁，在围墙环绕的花园里，花时间并满怀热情地解答了我提出的几个问题。
这次出游真是愉快至极，那个地方将永远留在我的记忆中。
如果非要说有什么建议的话……那就是需要增加一些座椅/长凳，尤其是在咖啡馆庭院周围。
