点评：Yesterday we visited Osborne House as a family of three — two adults and our twelve-year-old daughter. We are English Heritage members, so entry was free with our membership. Parking was very easy in the car park, we arrived early at around 10am.
We went straight into the house. Unlike our last visit several years ago at Christmas, we were allowed upstairs this time to view the rooms. Like many large English Heritage and National Trust properties, it was beautifully laid out, with volunteers throughout the house who were happy to answer any questions. One gentleman volunteer even had a very large list of Queen Victoria’s dogs, which he showed me — I loved that!
After exploring the house, we moved into the gardens, which were stunning. Even with the intense heat we’ve had this summer, the flowers were looking beautiful and very well cared for.
Before walking down to the beach, we wanted to stop at the café. Although we weren’t eating there as we had brought our own food, we wanted somewhere to sit and rest while we ate. Unfortunately, there wasn’t much café seating available, there was none inside, and all of the outside seating was in full sun. There were no parasols either, which I found quite odd in the height of summer.
We then walked down to the beach and had a pleasant 20 minutes there before making our way back to the car.
Overall, a great five hours spent walking in the footsteps of Queen Victoria and enjoying everything Osborne has to offer.
Things to note:
☀️ Bring a sun hat — the gardens are stunning but there is little shade.
☕ There is both a café and a restaurant.
👟 Wear comfortable shoes — there is lots of walking!

随后我们走到海滩上，在那里愉快地待了20分钟左右，之后才返回车旁。
总的来说。度过了非常愉快的五个小时：沿着维多利亚女王的足迹漫步，尽情享受奥斯本庄园的一切魅力。

☀️ 请带上遮阳帽——花园美不胜收，但树荫很少。
☕ 园内设有咖啡馆和餐厅。
