点评:Regarding my upcoming cruise. Due to the current unrest, Oceania canceled ports and made a new itinerary to ports we had already been to. We didn’t want to go but were told (exact words) “You have to go on this cruise or lose your money”. No FCCs offered, no upgrades, not even a kind word. When I wrote to Haitham Masoud, Ramasside Tours saying the Egypt port had been canceled and requested a refund, he wrote back saying how sad he was I wasn’t going and would not be seeing my dream of the Temples of Luxor and Karnac. And that a refund had been requested from their accounting department.. I posted on Cruise Critic that Messrs. Sommer and Del Rio (CEOs of Norwegian & Oceania) need to contact Ramasside Tours and take a course with them on customer relations. I highly recommend Ramasside Tours for their professional and sensitive customer relations. I hope to travel with them again.
