点评：RED DRAGON CENTRE PARKING
We visited 7th Feb to see Here and Now Steps musical.
Parked in Disabled as had a stroke no mobility, used my scooter.
Placed my blue badge in the window as always in view.
It was my 60th birthday treat.
This week a fine through the door for not displaying my Blue badge.
It's dark they couldn't see it the photo provided is very dark I can't prove anything.
They are coming for the disabled.
I emailed Cardiff Council it's not their problem.
These are bullies out to get us.
Never using disabled again, we shall park in normal bays. Although disabled bays we still have to pay parking fee and rightly so too.
Just be warned especially at night time.
We used to visit here at least 6 times a month for food or just get out the house no problem in the day.
If you purchase food or a drink in the centre they give you a voucher free parking.
£60 It's killed me cruel and it was displayed tried fighting this but it's too hard and easier to pay.
Won't visit again and sadly it was a lovely break to get out the house.
Cheaper to stay home, and not support and enjoy the shows.
So upset about this easy money taking from us DLA they rich ..not the case at all.
This has re set my depression again as I don't want to leave the house feel I don't deserve a night out.
I swear I placed my card no need to lie at all.

60英镑！这简直要了我的命，太残忍了！而且明明已经贴出来了，我试着申诉，但太难了，还不如直接付钱。
以后不会再去了，很遗憾，本来这是个很棒的出门放松的机会。
待在家里更便宜，而且不去支持和欣赏演出。
真让人生气，他们居然从我们这些领取残疾生活津贴的人手里轻松拿走钱，他们有钱……根本不是那么回事。
这让我再次陷入抑郁，我不想出门，觉得自己不配享受美好的夜晚。
我发誓我放了卡，完全没必要撒谎。
