Serious Safety Concerns, Aggressive Behaviour and Threats of Violence

点评：A serious warning to anyone swimming, snorkeling, diving, or visiting the beach with children.
I cannot comment on the quality of Wet and Wild Watersports’ paid services, but our experience with their staff and their behaviour toward other beachgoers was absolutely unacceptable.
We witnessed staff bringing their equipment onto the beach and operating jet skis and other watercraft in the bay with seemingly little regard for people swimming, snorkeling, or diving nearby.
The most alarming incident happened while I was standing in the water holding my young daughter in my arms. One of their staff members turned his jet ski directly in front of us and accelerated away, apparently without any consideration for our safety. This was frightening, reckless behaviour, especially in the immediate vicinity of a small child.
Rather than showing basic courtesy or concern for others, staff rudely ordered beachgoers to get out of their way. When challenged about their behaviour, the situation escalated to what we perceived as threats of physical violence.
No family should have to experience this while enjoying a public beach. Businesses operating motorized watercraft have a particular responsibility to respect the safety of swimmers and other people sharing the bay.
We have reported these incidents to the relevant authorities, and further legal steps are under consideration. Multiple people were affected by or witnessed the behaviour described.
My one-star rating is based entirely on this experience, not on their paid watersports services.
I strongly encourage visitors, particularly families with young children, to exercise caution. I also hope the responsible authorities thoroughly investigate these incidents before someone gets seriously hurt.
