点评：My wife and I visited Dartington Crystal on 30th October 2025. Went into the visitor’s centre and spoke to a receptionist who explained what was on offer. Firstly, we went to the Museum where there is “Dartington through the decades”. We decided to go on the self-guided factory tour. Really interesting to see the teams working together making the vases. once we had read all the storyboards on the process and seen all what the tour had to offer, we went to the shop.
My wife wanted a keepsake for our 50th wedding anniversary, we looked around the shop and picked a piece of glassware and asked at the desk if we could have it engraved. We then picked the words and writing style with the engraver. We did purchase other items as well. One of the items was a glass that I liked. After we got back to our holiday accommodation, I said I should have had the glass engraved. The next day we went back and asked if I could have the glass engraved with a name and picture. The engraver from the day before wasn’t working so they got Frankie who was working in a different department. We asked her advice on the name and picture and she agreed to do them. We are very happy with both products we had engraved. We had a great visit to Dartington Crystal and would recommend to anyone who are holidaying in the area to pay a visit. Staff were friendly and helpful; café was reasonably priced and the £10 per person factory tour was good value.
