Phoenix Park (Dublin): Must See for Animal Lovers
凤凰公园的点评
点评：It was truly magical seeing 100 deer all grazing together. My Uber driver at first led me astray- he pointed where the deer were but they were in fact, birds. I then walked for an hour in the cold and rain with no luck. I then called an Uber who took me to the right area and it was so worth it!! If you love animals, going to Phoenix Park to see the deer is a must for when you visit Dublin. The deer are right in the front right off the road- you don’t have to walk miles to see them.
Phoenix Park is a 14-minute drive from Grafton Street.
Other things to do in the park: see the obelisk monument and a huge cross. You can also visit the President’s home for free on Saturdays and just have to hop on a bus there to get inside the gate. You can also see the U.S. Ambassador’s home (which I hear is actually nicer than the President’s mansion).
