点评：As a fan of Rene Mackintosh, the Hill House is a wonderful experience.
At July 2026 the admission is £15.00, although there are discounts of over 60s. Members of National Trust for Scotland are free.
You are free to wander around the house, but most people follow a route.
The rooms are full of original features.
Lots of staff to answer your questions.
At July 2026 the house is shrouded by a ‘box’ of sheeting as restoration work is in progress. You can access the scaffolding and follow a walkway at roof height around the house. Not recommended for any one with a fear of heights.
The cafe is small and busy. The shop is full of lovely souvenirs.
The website warns you of the steep hill, if you walk from the station. Pls be aware if you have any health or mobility issues.
