点评:We've been so humbled by this Nature's miracle! George was such an amazing guide for our group! He was careful to ask about the languages spoken in the group of visitors and switched 3 languages to make sure all visitors understood his explanations.
He is so enthusiastic in his approach and so knowledgeable! It is obvious he really enjoys what he does and speaks with passion about the Natural Ice Palace, how it was discovered, a lot of technical details about the ongoing research.
I would make a particular note on the fact that George pointed out that "Safety is first" in the Glacier and we should mind our steps because it's slippery in some parts. It is not dangerous but you need to pay attention while looking at the nature's ice wonders inside the caves.
We were lucky that we were part of a smaller group at that time of the day and George encouraged us to ask questions and challenged us with questions.
Everything is awesome inside and the end of the visit is truly special: a boat trip at 3250 meter altitude!
Thank you guys! You're doing an amazing job up there, nearer the skies and I warmly encourage visitors to come, enjoy the experience and thus contribute to the ongoing scientific research inside Nature Ice Palace.
