Fantastic, reassurring customer service

点评：The best travel company we have used whilst travelling. The customer service is second to none. All their drivers are friendly, punctual & make you feel very safe, plus the cars are very clean.
We found out less than 12 hours before our flight, at 10:30pm, that our destination airport was closed & we would land somewhere an hour away. It was of course too late to try & rearrange our transfers, plus our flight would have left before the Cassata offices opened. I sent an email explaining & asking if our transfer was still possible, hoping they may see it the following morning. I received an email from Giuseppe almost instantly- despite the fact they will have closed the office hours before- reassuring us that we would still be collected & that it would be no problem at all. He was then on hand for other issues with flight delays etc. and turned a very stressful situation into one that was nothing to worry about.
