We expected a great experience, paid over £50 online, walked from our hotel and found the attraction was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
The manager refused to refund our ticket so we were left stranded and out of pocket with a disappointed child, and no offer of compensation, in fact, the manager seemed to be laughing at us.
I understand that the facility is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but do the management understand that we made the booking this morning, and would not be back in Scotland after today?
We both felt we were very badly treated, in fact, we paid good money and made a big effort to bring a young child there, why could they not refund us, or at least offer a toy or something to our kid, or at least treat us with respect. It's not reasonable to expect us to know you are closed on weekdays.
