Los Gigantes Diving Centre的点评
点评：A highly unsafe and disappointing experience at this dive center.
1. No preparation or briefing before the dive, showing a complete lack of professionalism.
2. The organization was chaotic and poorly staffed, with one guide assigned to six divers, including a certified child, which is entirely unsafe.
3. The guide demonstrated a profit-driven attitude, prioritizing maximum daily revenue over safety or quality.
4. No communication or assistance was provided by the guide, who seemed disinterested and lacked basic empathy or care for the divers.
5. Dangerous practices during the dive: no pressure checks were performed, and urgent safety concerns, including dangerously low air levels, were ignored.
6. The dive ended with my child needing emergency help after the guide failed to monitor her air level, leaving her to decide to ascend on her own.
7. I experienced a dangerous decompression that caused breathing issues, and despite signaling for help, the skipper refused to assist, leaving us stranded.
8. To make matters worse, the skipper wasted precious time unfolding a short telescopic pole instead of throwing a flotation device, which could have provided immediate assistance. This delay in action further endangered the situation and highlighted the lack of proper rescue preparedness and training from the team.
9. The skipper had no life buoy or proper safety equipment available, which is unacceptable.
10. The team later blamed us for disrupting other divers due to the presence of a child, yet they took no measures to organize the dive better or refuse unsuitable groups.
This dive center is entirely unsafe, unprofessional, and careless, and I strongly urge others to avoid it. Safety, organization, and care for divers should always be the priority—not profits.
