点评：I joined a whale shark day tour with this company and unfortunately it was one of the most uncomfortable tour experiences I’ve had.
The first issue happened on the boat. The toilet door is secured with a very loose elastic rope hook instead of a proper lock. While I was using it, the door suddenly opened by itself, which was extremely embarrassing. I had already checked the lock carefully (this was my second time using it), so this seems to be a design issue rather than user error. I hope they take guest privacy more seriously in the future. During snorkeling, no one informed me it was time to return to the boat, and I only realized it because people from another boat told me. I had to swim back on my own, which felt quite unsafe.
The lunch provided (pasta and chicken) was cold and the chicken was quite dry and tough, not enjoyable. Also, the itinerary did not seem to fully match what was described, as we did not visit the island that was mentioned and didn’t see the whale shark.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for price of USD 130, these experiences left me feeling very disappointed and affected my mood for the rest of my trip in the Maldives.
