Out of the way and a great place to stay
Windy Harbour的点评
点评：A couple of years ago we stayed here in our caravan and it was awesome. So fast forward. Done the Australian trip in the caravan and have sold it.
So - I had a weekend to get out of the house. Mother-in-law was coming for the weekend.
Headed back to Windy Harbour and this time did so in a swag and camped. Just awesome.
The couple that manage this place do such a great job and it presents well. Bathroom facilities while a bit dated, are very clean and plenty of hot water.
For those camping the camp kitchen is limited. There is no longer a gas cooker. This has been replaced with two awesome barbecue plates and run hot enough to boil a pot or kettle. There is no refrigerator for the camping kitchen which is a bit of a shame. However, they are very limited with power so I guess this may contribute to this.
The beach is just a 2 minute walk and to the right near the Sea Rescue building there is a safe swimming area surrounded by rock out crop that makes it pretty calm. The water is so clear.
They have a nice little shop with some very basics. This is only open from 8am to 9am and 4pm to 5pm daily and this is when you can go across to book in.
If you arrive outside of office hours, there is a map on the glass slider which shows your location to park up at.
There is a park, again just a minutes walk and it has a play ground area and an additional barbecue.
It’s not a fancy park. But, it is just a beautiful part of the world to visit.
I will be back.

海滩步行只需两分钟，在海上救援站附近右侧有一个安全的游泳区，周围环绕着岩石，所以水面非常平静。水质清澈见底。
这里有个很棒的小商店，卖一些基本生活用品。商店每天只在早上 8 点到 9 点和下午 4 点到 5 点营业，这段时间可以去办理入住手续。
如果您在办公时间之外到达，玻璃推拉门上有一张地图，可以显示您的停车位置。
附近还有一个公园，步行几分钟即可到达，里面有游乐场和烧烤设施。
虽然不是什么豪华公园，但这里风景优美，值得一游。
我还会再来的。
