Extremely disappointing experience at the Christmas party night, especially given the £50 per person price tag – absolutely not value for money.
The food was poor and fell well below what you would expect for a Christmas event at this price. Portions were underwhelming and the overall quality was disappointing.
More concerning was the complete lack of organisation and professionalism from management. Guests were asked to leave based on misinformed decisions, with even security appearing confused and unaware of what was supposedly happening. This created an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation for several people.
To make matters worse, a female manager who appeared to be off duty and intoxicated was shouting drunkenly, which was completely inappropriate in a professional setting. The behaviour and conduct of a male representative was also unacceptable and reflected very poorly on the venue.
Overall, the night was badly managed, poorly executed, and not reflective of a well-run establishment. Sadly, it ruined what should have been an enjoyable Christmas celebration. I would not recommend attending events here based on tonight’s events
