点评：We decided to tour the Lake District without a car. After extreme frustration trying to make arrangements with several local taxi companies to deliver us to our hotel, for a tour day, and to deliver us to the Manchester Airport, I contacted Mountain Goat, and they agreed to do all three. The first was a pick up in Edinburgh with delivery to Borrowdale, with a side trip to Sir Walter Scott's estate along the way. The second was a custom tour to the southern Lake District. Ane the third was an early morning pickup for delivery to the Manchester Airport. Every time they were there ahead of schedule to pick us up, the vehicles easily accommodated all of us, the drivers were informative and friendly, careful, and curtious. In all, every experience was great. If you want to do the Lake District without a car, try booking Mountain Goat before you try the taxi companies. Mountain Goat provides a very professional and enjoyable service.
