点评：This is a visually pleasing and atmospheric distillery to visit with a well-appointed visitor area and shop to browse in. The views from and to the distillery are also very pleasant and inspiring. We wandered over to the Malt Mill Bar after our visit to the distillery itself where we found a nicely furnished and cosy area filled with tourists from around the world engaged in trying to enjoy their drams. However, it was clear that the heavy metal rock music being played at an ear-splitting level over the Bar speakers was detracting from this island experience for most and was not the image they had in mind as they travelled the thousands of miles be here. Whether this music was the personal choice of the barman on duty or a corporate decision, it is hard to fathom the choice and it is certainly not in keeping with the projected image of the brand. We moved on to a more appropriate and atmospheric location……
