坎昆海豚乐园的点评
点评：We booked through our resort and paid nearly $800 for a family of 6 including transportation. We arrive with 0 direction. Once there they tell us our 6 year old is too short and will have to stay on platform. Then sell us some crazy photo package got nearly $400 usd. Nahh… proceed and they say won’t start for another 30 mins to enjoy the beach. We then meet up for the orientation and they send us back to shower as the kids were sandy. Finally arrive they give my child a broken life vest and I ask for another the guy says no he’s fine. We then have the dolphin experience which was lovely. Carla and Angelina were great. Then no further directions we squeezed in the bathroom to change and paid the $7 to rent the towel. Then finally we are shown the beautiful pictures. We wanted one group photo and they said the price is per person not photo! Insane there is 6 of us at $89 a person is ridiculous! We tried to negotiate a deal… his deal was $105 for just the digital photos of the kids. I said I just want one photo of our group and he said they can’t do that. Walked out. Why would we pay $89 per person for a photograph. And digital at that. The whole thing is money money so overpriced for the 15 mins we spent with a dolphin. Do not recommend for families on a budget.
