Magical, unforgettable experience with the best adventure tourism company I have ever used

点评：Absolutely class operation top to bottom. Whatever tour you want to do, just book it, you won't regret it.
The kit is great, and the food throughout our trip was outstanding. Receiving information and organising with Cristina via email/Whatsapp is rapid and very thorough. Mario the driver is the sweetest man and a wizard on difficult roads. Paula our guide was incredible - her knowledge of the fjords and the jungle was so impressive and her boundless energy and enthusiasm were completely contagious.
We did the four-day kayak and hike trip in Reloncavi and cannot recommend it enough. Kayaking down the river is great fun and very fast, and a great contrast to the glassy fjords. Staying overnight at Juan Carlos and Yolanda's farm is unique and wonderful, and the refugio at Factoria is that perfect balance of wilderness and some luxuries.
Wildlife count (although I think that we were quite lucky): multiple dolphin species, sea lions, penguins, kingfishers, sea swallows, hummingbirds, and many more. Plus a bonus puma poo - just to confirm they are around in the jungle!
