大英博物馆的点评
点评：For a start, there are lots of places to get food, such as multiple cafés in the atrium and a pizzeria down a corridor near the entrance. The exhibitions are fabulous, with good information and great quality items/ artefacts. I only went to 3 sections in the whole time and I spent nearly 4 hours there! They were the Greek/Mesopotamia section, the North American section and also a free tour ( with a brilliantly enthusiastic guide ) of Assyria! They were all fascinating to look through. I would highly recommend the tour of any section as it is free and gives a far greater insight into the focus area. They usually last 30 minutes to 45 minutes from what I interpreted. The best bit about the museum is that it is free to visit which we really take for granted about these places. I would visit of you haven't already and make use of the free entry as it might not be like that forever. I don't think it's necessary to book but I'd recommend doing it nonetheless as it helps to get in quicker. The atrium is a spectacular highlight of the museum despite not being an actual exhibition. At the moment there is also the Bayeux Tapestry available to see due to France's kind loan. It's hard to book and I couldn't see it unfortunately. Good for all ages above 9 maybe just to get the best experience and benefit of the exhibitions. A great visit!
