点评:Disgraceful service. They can’t handle the early morning commuters even though they are less people on the trains. I live in zone 4 and to get to zone 1 should take 2 trains including a change at Green Park. Because the staff are ill informed or don’t care, probably a bit of both you have to second guess everything. This morning I asked a staff member when was the next eastbound train and he said 2 minutes but he failed to mention that it wasn’t in service. The next available train was 15 minutes and it was terminated earlier. The sooner they replace or retrain the station staff the better.
Also they need to get rid of Sadiq Khan because as mayor he has made all these promises about the transport service and failed to deliver. He said that there would be no strikes but they have continued. He is all talk. Typical politician. Make sure you plan your journey well in advance because they can’t always deliver. I would normally give no stars but when reviewing a star rating is obligatory. They need to look at other European cities and see how an effective and efficient transportation system is run. Cities like Istanbul which is bigger than London and has a far more efficient transportation system and is cheaper to use. I don’t even bother trying to get refunds because it’s too much hassle
