点评：Woke up the first morning to discover a cockroach in the cabin. What was equally distressing was the crew were not in the least surprised. A second one appeared a few days later in the lounge area.
There was a noticeable lack of communication between the dive team, which lead to myself being caught in the crossfire one evening, just before a night dive. It was awful. Highly unprofessional. Unfortunately it got worse, with the trip leader addressing me in an extremely rude, derogatory and disrespectful way. I had been having some equipment and bouyancy problems. (Turns out my personal bcd had two leaks, which neither I, or the other divers, noticed) The trip leader told me, in a very nasty manner, "Next time, you will need to hire a private guide - then you can do exactly what you like!" Some of the other female passengers were in agreement that there appeared to be an attitude of sexism on the boat, especially from the leader and one of the guides. I very much doubt that a male diver would have been spoken to in such a rude, highly disrespectful and insulting manner by both a dive guide and the leader.
On some of the night dives, one of the younger male divers went off on his own, away from his buddies. He also, along with another young male diver, penetrated a wreck when we were explicity informed not
to.
After referencing all these issues on the feedback form, but without going into too much detail, the company contacted me. They wanted to speak to the crew, before getting all the facts from myself. I replied that I wished to speak to someone on the phone. I was told that it may be possible, but that a wattsapp call from them (I presume in Egypt) might not be reliable.
I have not heard from them since.
I am still extremely disappointed, angry and upset by this whole experience. Shame on them. No doubt they will attempt to shift the blame on to me, just as they did on the trip.
