3 bears seen from impressive hides

点评：We had an amazing experience and saw 3 different bears. The hides were impressive and didn't seem to bother the animals at all. ours was sunken so we could see the bears at eye level. The guy put out some food to attract the bears. Tbh I didn't know what is best practice and if this is considered okay by conservationists.
We stayed overnight in our hide which allowed us to see some night time activity including a badger and fox cub. There were lights, a compost toilet, sleeping bags, but otherwise what you would expect from a hide.
I would warn though, it isn't worth paying extra for the "no glass experience". It wasn't clear what it entailed when we signed up. It basically just means they open a window and put a piece of fabric over with a hole for a camera lense. We had to close ours anyway due to a heavy storm but still had to pay the somewhat higher price since the first bear came pre-storm. Unless you are a professional photographer it really isn't something worth paying for. This dampened the experience a little but it was still an amazing time!
