To the place for them to inform me they moved my reservation to 3pm. Mind you that you have to be 20min early before your start time so it’s about 340pm at this point. Whoever the man was at the front desk stated they attempted to call but went to VM. If I didn’t answer the next step would be to email me. He said maybe the email was wrong which was incorrect because 24 hours before they emailed to get my waivers side which I did which means I was active which means now is a good time to tell me about the time change which they neglected to do. Obviously I missed the 3pm change but they didn’t refund me. So did you think you were just going to count me as a no call
No show and keep my money due to your system error? They told me the system was “adding people to classes that did not exist” thank goodness my kid wasn’t all that thrilled to fly so we ended up doing something else but I needed to make sure you heard from me! Not only that you didn’t offer the refund I asked for it . No discount no apology AND the man at the front desk told me the customer to take accountability for not answering the phone. Are you kidding me ?! Horrible. I’ll never ever give you my business and I spreaded that news to a friend that ended up canceling their reservation as well for the lack of customer service!
