点评：Just wanted to recognize and shout out to Izzy, our guide for our 6 hour trip with my family shelley kenzie and ken. Izzy was a blast to be with, calm, assuring professional and so friendly and knowledgeable . We had two now funny adventures where Kenzie blasted off when she was not paying attention and Izzy was right there to scoop her back into the boat and also when we got stuck and were required to bail to safety. in both cases Izzy was so patient and maintained our safety as number one priority while with zen like guidance making my wife feel so assured and happy we had her as our guide for the day. thanking her for a wonderful trip and memories that will last a long time. Bigfoot rafting is lucky you have such a great guide and we are so very grateful for her professionalism and aloha she showed us for an awsome day on the water. Thank you Izzy
