点评：We decided to come here as it was listed as one of the things to do in Victoria. The building is large and impressive, the exhibition itself not so. There are only 2 floors of exhibitions. They are well done and covered the natural history of the area and the other was about the history of the area. There was a small exhibition about the language of the native peoples of the area too which, as a non-Canadian I did not find interesting although I accept it is important to acknowledge the wrongs the incoming Europeans did by displacing the peoples who were indigenous to the area. We spent just under 2 hours there which I felt was enough. I think it is worth a visit but you really don’t need much time to see it. There is an IMAX theatre attached and I am sure this is very impressive but I cannot comment as we did not see anything there.
