点评：My disabled adult son, his caregiver, his service dog and I visited in the afternoon during the week. We were denied public accommodations for the service animal which is against ADA and Colorado revised statute 24-34-804. when having a conversation with the Executive Director around how they were in direct violation of ADA "People with disabilities who use service animals cannot be isolated from other patrons, treated less favorably than other patrons, or charged fees that are not charged to other patrons without animals." She flippantly replied to report her. The dog was not on the carousel but waiting for my son in the same area (behind the gate) as other patrons who were waiting for their people. We were told the dog could not be there because of "the crowd". If you happen to have a service dog trained to assist you, do your diligence in researching reviews for this establishment. Ours was not a unique experience.
