多伦多动物园的点评
点评：We’ve been Gold Members at the Toronto Zoo since 2023, and we’ve made so many wonderful memories here over the years. ❤️
While I do wish the Zoo would bring back the paper maps—I think they’re such a great learning tool for children—there is so much to love about the Zoo and its staff.
The workers are always kind and helpful, and I especially want to recognize Ryan at the carousel. On our last visit, the payment machine was taking a long time to connect. When it glitched, instead of simply telling us we couldn’t ride, Ryan went above and beyond and said, “Come pay after.” My little niece was so excited to ride, and that small gesture made such a difference. By the time the ride was over, the machine was working again, and everyone left happy. It was such a wonderful example of kindness! We’re also so grateful for the incredible care given to the animals and the Zoo’s dedication to conservation and education. The work they do to teach children about wildlife and protect species truly matters.
Thank you to all the staff for helping create such special memories. You really do earn the title Guardians of the Wild. 🐘🦒🦁❤️
