惠州海龟自然保护区的点评
点评：We really didn't want to go in here, but as we were trying to walk around the bay area we couldn't find an alternative route but only to go through this nature reserve -
Look it was fine, but a park dedicated to turtles is not by cup of tea and as the day was extremely hot, the best we could do was have a lot of ice cream and sit under the shade when we could.
But there was a walkway towards the bay area which we did from the reserve and that was nice, with good views of some fantastic looking beaches - but again the heat was so strong and the pathway on the coast had no real shade, it was killing me especially.
I couldn't take the heat much longer so gave up the chance to see more of the reserve and some giant turtles - as I decided it was time to get a quick taxi and escape the sun.
The place looked ok, perhaps a bit run down, and if you don't like turtles too much then not a whole lot else to see.
