Majority of 5 star reviewers for Pavel Travel only have 1 review and it’s for this company? Very suspicious!

点评：This company removed my honest review from the Get Your Guide website- that alone proves what sort of company they are!
We paid £142 for 2 people to have a skip the line tour with professional guide-
What we received was basically minibus transportation from Krakow and back with a Polish speaking driver who communicated via google translate.
They sell the Auschwitz tour as ‘skip the line’ when you click on them on the website but you queue for 2hrs when you are there, wait for another 2.5hours and end up with a polish speaking guide at the memorial (as they have a get out clause that they can’t guarantee an english speaking guide!!) so you are trailing round after a group that speak a different language and not getting any colour or context to what you are seeing.
There are some information posterboards but you are hurried along.
The whole day was a total chaotic shambles and a waste of time.
I complained to GYG and got only 50% refund.
Please book a tour through a professional tour operator that can guarantee skip the line and english tours, not have the trickery to skew reviews and not have the same terrible experience as us- our once in a lifetime trip was ruined.
