Great family rafting trip on the Yellowstone River — a memorable 18 miles!

点评：This 18-mile raft trip with Flying Pig Rafting was a fantastic introduction to whitewater rafting for our family of four, with kids ages 9 and 11. We went in August, so the rapids were a bit lower than earlier in the season, but still plenty exciting for the kids, especially through the Yankee Jim Canyon area.
Our guides ran a safe, well-organized trip and were great about answering all of our questions along the way. The kids loved paddling and learning about the Gardiner area of the Yellowstone River, and we even spotted a bald eagle during the trip. Everyone got as wet as they wanted to — some more than others!
We stopped for lunch on a little beach area partway through, which was a nice break and a fun spot for the kids to explore. Overall, a great, exciting experience for the whole family, and a wonderful way to see this stretch of the Yellowstone River.
