点评：I was so lucky to find Apple and have him as my tour guide for four days in Bali. What an amazing experience of the island he gave me! When I first arrived I felt rather disappointed by how crowded and commercialised it seemed, and was concerned that perhaps I had come 20 years too late. However my trips with Apple showed me a completely different side of the island where traditions are still going strong and the countryside is tended with loving care.
Apple is a lovely man, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We had some wonderful conversations in the car and over lunch. He listened carefully to what I said about my interests and tailored our excursions to show me the things I would enjoy most. We saw temples, palaces, waterfalls, rice fields, hot springs, volcanoes and traditional villages. In addition he made sure I got chance to try my first (and possibly last) durian fruit, visited a chocolate factory, a butterfly farm and swam on Virgin Beach.
I felt totally safe at all times - Apple is a very careful driver, and seemed to be known and respected everywhere we went. His English is excellent, both spoken and in his written communications. He was a pleasure to be with and I can't recommend him highly enough.
