A terrible family experience for a family well travelled and who never complain!

点评：A family day out that felt more like being policed and charged at every opportunity than actually having fun.
We followed the rules listed online, but once there, extra restrictions were drip-fed to us one by one instead of being explained upfront. After waiting in the queue and being told different rules every couple of minutes, we finally reached the slide, only to be told one of our children was 1 cm too short, despite being allowed on other slides.
Rules were inconsistent across the park. My son was allowed to wear a life vest in the morning, then had a whistle blown at him for wearing the same one later. Sunglasses appeared to be banned for some people but not others, and children were turned away for having zips on their swimwear.
The park felt like a complete money spinner. Paying for a family (no family tickets available) already felt expensive, yet there were extra costs for almost everything: inflatable tubes, lockers to store the items (you are not allowed to carry), and shade, which seemed deliberately limited so families had little choice but to pay extra.
When we spoke to management, they were rude and unhelpful. Rather than addressing our concerns, they asked us to point out other people breaking the rules. We did at first, but they kept saying, “I don’t see it,” and asking us to physically take them to people, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
We were told it was a quiet day, but the park still felt overcrowded. There also seemed to be very limited use of the toilets for the number of people there, which was not reassuring in a water park my daughter age 7 said ('the water smells like wee!').
We travel a lot and generally try to find the best in wherever we go, but this was honestly awful from start to finish. We are not normally complainers, but this was a stressful and disappointing day. We spent it trying to keep things positive for our three young children while constantly being corrected, whistled at, or charged more.

他们说那天人不多，但公园里仍然感觉非常拥挤。而且，考虑到人流量，厕所的使用率似乎很低，这让我很担心，因为我7岁的女儿说：“水闻起来像尿！”
