点评：We booked a paddle boarding excursion with this company to take a nice family stroll down the river, I understand that they have a cancellation policy and I understand why as a company you would have that in place, I called and asked if we could change the excursion to the following day as it is very cold today which is a very drastic change from the 30+ weather we have been having, and the excursion would be far from enjoyable, the lady on the phone was pleasant when we called to ask if we could change the day to the next and we were very happy with being accommodated given the situation. She called back shortly after to advise how they wouldn’t be accommodating us, citing the policy online…I’m assuming the owner or manager gave her a piece of their mind about her willingness to accommodate us.we did not want to cancel and get our money back whatsoever and are very disappointed with the outcome of this, we are out of pocket money as we will not be enjoying the excursion. We have booked in the past and enjoyed our experience, if no issues like the above, it is a great day trip. Won’t be going back to this company, but I don’t think they care.
