Wanfenglin is the highlight of my 1 month in Guizhou!
万峰林景区的点评
点评：Wanfenglin (万峰林) comparatively to other parts of Guizhou has lesser crowd as the high speed station was completed only last year. It was very scenic with stunning karst formation everywhere. The scenic area is huge and even with the shuttle bus, one could not fully appreciate the beauty of Wanfenglin. And the down side was the attraction ticket only allow one time ride on the shuttle bus for such a huge scenic area.
The accommodation are all spread along the upper middle and lower part of the scenic area. Hotels and homestays in the upper middle part are more expensive but the view out of your window is nicer. We stayed in the middle facing the 八卦 field and we love our homestay and we stayed there for 5 nights.

Tips:-
1. Take high speed train to Xingyi Station. Most of the homestays would be able to provide complimentary transfer from the station.
2. Most of the eateries are located in the lower part. Walking is feasible from the upper middle part to the lower part around 20 to 30 minutes.
3. As the main attractions in Xingyi are scattered, it is advisable to hire a car for day trips through your homestay.
