Absolutely awful never again
Happy Day Farm的点评
点评：We had an absolutely horrible experience here today and left feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.
We arrived toward the end of the day and asked about the limited time before paying. The woman at the entrance was incredibly short and rude with us — she actually corrected us that we didn’t even have an hour, we had “52 minutes,” and then very matter-of-factly told us it would still be $120. There was zero consideration of a reduced price despite how little time was left.
Another employee told us not to worry and that he would let us be among the last people to leave. Instead, toward closing, we felt like we were being watched and followed out. An employee stood by the playhouse where our children were playing, staring at them while we were clearly gathering everyone to leave, and then walked behind us as we headed out.
What made the whole thing even more ridiculous was that this same employee then told us to go to the game/pumpkin area because that section closed last. We followed HIS directions, only to get there and have employees yelling at us that they were closed and that we needed to leave. At that point I finally yelled back, “We’re leaving!” because we had been told repeatedly and were already trying to get out.
There was also an incident where an employee yelled about our toddler being in a wheelbarrow. It felt like everywhere we turned someone was shouting at us about something, even while different employees were giving us conflicting instructions.
We completely understand that the farm has a closing time. What we don’t understand is knowingly taking $120 from a family with three young children when there are only 52 minutes left, telling us we’d be allowed to finish up, directing us to another area because it “closes last,” and then yelling at us for going there.
If you don’t want families entering that close to closing, stop selling full-price admission. Don’t happily take $120 and then spend the remainder of their visit making them feel like a problem for being there.
It was stressful, embarrassing and honestly one of the most uncomfortable family outings we’ve had. We will absolutely not be returning.

我们完全理解农场有闭园时间。但我们无法理解的是：当只剩下52分钟时，明明知道我们带着三个年幼的孩子，却还是毅然收取了我们120美元，还告诉我们可以尽情游玩完。他们指引我们去另一个区域，因为那里“最后才关闭”，可当我们真的去了之后却又冲我们大喊。
如果你们不希望家人们在快关门时还进入园区，那就别卖全价门票了。别高兴地收下120美元，然后在他们逗留的整个过程中让他们觉得自己出现在那里是个麻烦。
