Bewl is a lovely place for me.

点评：Love the place.
I’m very local (1.4miles) and cycle from home directly onto bewl.
I go all the way round 3 times a week on my emtb, which takes me about 1hr 15mins. The area has some lovely views and there’s plenty of benches all around if you did fancy a break.
Some of the hills would be a challenge if you haven’t got an electric assist. So I wouldn’t say it’s a particularly family friendly route for younger kids. When the ground is hard and dry it can be bumpy as well, but that simply because we are all allowed to use it so the terrain has horses and cycles etc going over it year round so can get rutted but that’s to be expected!
If I find a negative, it’s on 2 very small sections. Which is the ‘steps’. Going anticlockwise about 3 miles along you make a sharp 90 degree right turn up a steep uphill narrow track. There’s only 4 steps, but they are now about 65cm high… so unable to climb that bit on a bike now and it does need a some backfilling. It’s also the same around 10miles but going downhill. I’m sure they’ll know where it is. A few years ago it was okay but as the years go by they are becoming more of an issue. I’ve been off my bike a few times on both parts.
Some people with dogs off leads can cause an issue but that comes with every shared space so again as expected.
Bewl is one of my man reasons why I feel lucky to live where I do. It’s a really lovely place…. But if you guys can sort those steps in a way that doesn’t take them away but also doesn’t risk us smashing our motors you’ll have some happy e cyclists!

有些人遛狗不拴绳，可能会造成一些问题，但这在任何公共场所都难以避免，所以也在意料之中。
Bewl 是我觉得住在这里很幸运的主要原因之一。这里真是个可爱的地方……但是，如果你们能找到一种既不拆除台阶，又不会让我们撞坏电机的办法来解决这些问题，骑电动自行车的人肯定会很开心！
