点评：We took our 4 year old and had a lovely time at the Christmas experience. The elves were great, very festive and they had real enthusiasm and gave personalised attention to each child. Santa was very good too, I liked that you had to give hobbies in advance so he talked to my daughter knowing what she liked to do and was interested in. Was a little bit hurried at each station, but they had different tasks to take part in, biscuit decorating, watching dance show, learning a song , colouring, posting letter to santa and making reindeer food. Parking was well organised and included in ticket price. We went in November and it was nice it wasn't too busy, it was a good start to the festive season. We were there for about 2.5 hours but it was too cold to do anything else or walk around the lake. My daughter wanted to keep the key, which you had to pay £3 extra for (you were meant to swap it for a gift at the end), I would have though this would be included in the price as a memento. Can't comment on the food as we didn't have any.
