点评:This was definitely the highlight of our twelve-day itenarary. I suggest the following tips for you:
(1). You can go at any time but I do suggest not too early. Without lighting, it’s all white (ice ice everywhere). It’s a totally different experience when the lights come on around four pm.
(2). Head straight to the ferris wheel first. It’s a long queue. The ride may be only 21 minutes’ long, but time passes by quite quickly. You get fantastic photo shoots of the lighted sculptures and buildings from the top.
(3). Take a coffee break or two in one of their numerous cafes. It’s good to recharge and rewarm so you can withstand the cold longer!
(4). When the sun starts setting, you can get amazing shots of the ice buildings with the sun BEHIND them.
(5). It’s tempting to do lots of things and lose your situational awareness. Note that you may hear or see an ambulance running now and then - that’s carrying an injured customer who likely fell and broke a bone or something. So BE CAREFUL.
