点评：The reason for my low rating is the lack of communication regarding additional admission charges to the Royal Botanical Gardens (RBG) to go to the Turner teahouse.
When I made the teahouse reservation through OpenTable, there was no clear indication that separate RBG admission fees would also be required on top of the Tea House reservation cost. It was very frustrating and unexpected to arrive and then be charged an additional $80 for admission before even paying for the tea service itself.
If these extra charges are mandatory, they should be clearly disclosed during the booking process on OpenTable so guests are aware ahead of time and are not caught off guard at the admission gate.
Our reservation was at 3:30 p.m., and we arrived around 3:00 p.m. By the time we finished at the Tea House, the RBG was already closed, meaning we essentially paid $80 for only about half an hour of access to the gardens. That does not feel reasonable or fair.
