Day Trip from Xiamen- beautiful countryside, unique structures
华安土楼博物馆的点评
点评：Unique and interesting! We did a day trip from Xiamen booking DiDi cars for transport the day before. Left Xiamen at 9 am, scheduled a return car to pick us up from DaDi Hua’An Tulou at 14:00. It took about 2 hours to drive. Try to get the highway toll road route if you are sensitive to carsickness because the roads are very curvy! The good part was a nice view of Fujian villages and agricultural areas- tea plantations. Beautiful area!
It was a Monday and we had the whole place to ourselves. A guide was included with our tickets we bought on site (60 kuai per adult?). We toured two round earthen palaces and looked through the doorway of the rectangular one. We sampled and bought the traditional pounded peanut wafers, some dried citrusy fruit, and some nice whole leaf tea. We lunched on chicken soup and fresh vegetables in the restaurant.
Very pleased with our visit and the kind welcome of the resident families sharing their heritage.

翻译：独特又有趣！我们前一天通过滴滴预约了车辆，从厦门出发进行一日游。早上9点离开厦门，并预定了下午2点在大迪华安土楼接我们的返程车。车程大约需要2小时。如果你容易晕车，尽量选择高速公路路线，因为其他道路弯道很多！值得称赞的是，沿途可以欣赏到福建的村庄、农田以及茶园，景色十分优美！
那天是周一，整个景区只有我们几个人。我们现场购买的门票附有一份导游指南（成人票价格为60元？）。我们参观了两座圆形的土制宫殿，还从方形宫殿的门口往里看了看。我们品尝并购买了传统的花生糕、一些带柑橘风味的果干，还有品质不错的整叶茶。我们在餐厅里享用了鸡汤和新鲜蔬菜做成的午餐。
这次参观让我们非常满意，当地居民热情好客，还与我们分享他们的传统文化，令人难忘。
