Canadas wonderland - waterpark not worth a dollar.

点评：I would like to be able to review the water park portion separately however that doesn’t seem to be an option. Canada’s wonderland waterpark, what a terrible experience. We went Aug 5 2026, we paid extra to rent a cabana as we have done at similar parks (example - Legoland), list of issues.
Safe didn’t work
Very dirty, cobwebs so think they are 3rd generation.
Only table seating inside
Promised food service was painfully slow. 1.5 hours to bring pizza chicken and fries. Then another hour for ketchup.
Now to the bigger issue, this park is a free for all, you use the same gate admission for the waterpark as for the main park. They don’t scan or count ppl going between. So my family in swimsuits went down the slides behind a man in slacks and an undershirt and this was very common. Also because of this in the approximately 7 hours we were there we got to go on 5 slides. Total. The wave pool was so packed the little kids 8year olds had to stay on the edge or risk being squashed. My 13 and 15 year old struggled to enjoy it. How can this level of people be safe in a water park? Do we not have regulations in this country?
Put up a gate, charge a separate admission fee sell out for the day. That is how the other parks work. Be able to adjust your staff accordingly. This is not rocket science and would offer a better experience to all.
For the main park, rides are great, we bought the fast passes and the fast pass plus for the bigger kids. Well worth it in cost. However would be nice if there was fast pass for every ride. There were a few that didn’t have the option and the wait was an hour in plus 30. For the ppl that do not buy a fast pass, they may get 5 rides in for the whole day. Admission tickets are relatively inexpensive so the lines are long 120 mins long. Be prepared to wait. This portion of the trip was fantastic! Sad that the waterpark on the second day left a bad taste.

应该设置入口闸机，单独收取门票费用，名额满了就不再接待。其他水上乐园都是这么做的。这样就能根据需要调配工作人员了。这又不是什么高深的技术，这么做能让所有人的体验都更好。
至于主园区……这些游乐项目超棒的！我们给年纪大些的孩子们购买了快速通行券以及更高级的快速通行Plus券，这笔花费绝对物有所值。不过，如果所有游乐项目都能提供快速通行服务就更好了。有些项目没有这种选项，等待时间甚至长达1小时30分钟。对于没有购买快速通行券的游客来说，一整天可能也就能玩上5次左右。门票价格相对便宜，所以排队时间常常要120分钟之久。大家可要做好排长队的心理准备。这次游玩体验真是棒极了！很遗憾，第二天的水上乐园体验让人感觉很糟糕。
