点评：Chicago & Styx Concert 7/21 Camden NJ --- Very Very disappointed, this is very poor customer service - you waited till 5:15pm the day of the concert to cancel. I had to leave my house at 4pm to get to the venue. We had tolls, gas etc... to get there etc... I can't read my email while i am driving (it's against the law) - To find out you cancelled the event. You knew the weather report way before 5pm. We drove 2 hrs to get there, only to arrive with about 40-50 other cars and people who were in the same boat as us.. No concert!! (oh and all the bathrooms were zip tied shut) - Freedom Mortgage you need to do better!!! (Just venting - i was really looking forward to seeing this concert) VERY BUMMED about this!! We could not attend the following night - yes I get my $ back - but i wanted to see the concert. DO BETTER - IF you going to cancel let people know alot sooner -- TEXT/PHONE CALL etc....
