Terrible service, felt like we were scammed

点评：We arrived for our 10:00am booking at 10:00 sharp and was met with Empress, the owner. She told us that we need to drive to another location a few minutes away and that’s where the tour will begin. She drove slowly to that location and eventually got there at 10:15. At location it took us 10 minutes to be explained the rules and be on the horses by 10:25. After being mounted we walked onto the beach,
(As it was across the street) spent some time there just talking pictures, no walking on the beach with the horses as advertised - it was literally a walk onto the beach on one spot, talk pics and turn to head back out. By 11:10 we were on the way back to where we mounted the horses just outside the beach. Arrived at 11:20 and when asked why we didn’t get the full 90 mins she explained that we ‘got 65 minutes which is only 5 short of 70 minutes and the tour is usually 70-90 minutes. Bit odd to mention that at the end of the course when it was advertised as a 90 minute ‘deluxe country and beach ride’
We also had 5 persons as we were told by her that she had 5 horses. However, when we got there we only say 4 horses and she put 2 persons on 1 horse and still charged the same full amount as though they got their own horse, we thought this was unreasonable and at the very least should have charged half price for that individual sharing a horse.
I felt robbed and will not be using JahWorks again. Would not recommend them either, spend your money elsewhere and get fair service with a smile. It will be worth your time and money to avoid them!
