Not a luxury spa — cheat you out of services

点评：I recently went to the Spa at Ballantyne. I paid for a full facial ($185) — 50 minutes and I added on dermaflash (additional 60 dollars). The spa added zero time to my appointment and just pushed my 60 dollar service into my 50 minute facial. From what I read going in dermaflash is a 15 minute service - so 30% of my appointment time was lost. The front of house staff has no business working in a spa environment. We got there 30 minutes early and it took her over 15 minutes to check us in. She also had no understanding of how the service fee works and completely misguided me. I would never suggest anyone a giftcard here — as they hack money off your giftcard every month you don’t use it. My first spa day in over 5 years (I have two young kids) and it was a horrendous experience. I’ll never go back and would highly suggest others avoid.
