点评：Cregneash National Folk museum is an absolute gem on the Isle of Man and a must-visit for anyone interested in history, culture, or simply spectacular scenery.
From the moment you arrive, you feel transported back to a traditional 19th-century Manx crofting village. Walking through the narrow paths surrounded by authentic thatched whitewashed cottages feels like stepping directly into the past.
The costumed guides in the cottages were incredibly welcoming and eager to share stories about traditional weaving, blacksmithing, and daily island life.
Seeing the native multi-horned Loaghtan sheep grazing in the fields was a huge treat—they are fascinating animals. The views looking out across the countryside toward the Calf of Man and the Irish Sea are stunning.
Make sure to stop by the cozy tearoom for tea and cake before you leave. My wife and I both have English Heritage membership so we were able to visit for free.
